Program Director's
Aaron Fleishman
Aaron played Division III baseball at Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York. He coached in Newton South East Little League for six years and spent three years as a Williamsport coach, winning district and regional championships. He coached in the Elite Baseball League for five years with the Triple Crown Kings, and coached high school baseball at The Cambridge School of Weston for three years, giving him a combined 14 years of coaching experience. Aaron has volunteered with several youth programs, including the All Newton Music School and the Newton Athletic Association’s basketball program.
Outside of baseball, Aaron has enjoyed a successful career in the healthcare marketing industry. In 2014 he was named among the top 100 most inspiring people in the life science industry by PharmaVoice Magazine. In 2013 he won the RX Club Interactive Award of Excellence, and in 2019 he received a Digital Health award for the development of the clinical research app My Clinical Study Buddy.
David Fleishman
David played Division III baseball at Colby Sawyer College in New Hampshire. He has coached baseball alongside Aaron for Newton South East Little League, the Triple Crown Kings and at the Cambridge School of Weston for a combined 14 years. David was also a summer camp coach at the Jason Varitek RBI Baseball Academy, Nomar 5 and Mike Andrews baseball camps.
In 2018, David graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with an MBA in business and a focus on athletic program training and development. He has worked to become a Principal in a healthcare marketing organization, and in 2019 he was named to PharmaVoice Magazine's list of the Most Inspiring People in the Life Science Industry.
