About Wolfpack Teams
​
Wolfpack offers a complete development and team pathway from ages 7–16. For ages 7–9, players train through our Membership Training Teams, building fundamentals, baseball IQ, and the foundation they’ll need to compete.
​
Beginning at 10U through 16U, Wolfpack competes in the Perfect Game New England League, fielding one team per age group in AAA, Majors, and Elite divisions. Our teams also travel throughout New England for tournaments and select events such as Lasorda Legacy Park, Ripken Experience, and NEAUU. At the 15U–16U levels, we additionally offer showcase and tournament team opportunities for athletes pursuing the next level.

Wolfpack is a teach-first program where fundamentals, discipline, and baseball IQ come before trophies. We believe players must learn how to compete before they learn to win.

We push our players to compete with purpose, preparation, and pride. Yes, this is club baseball, and winning matters — but how we play matters more. Wolfpack athletes learn to handle pressure, respond to failure, embrace roles, and leave it all on the field. When the fundamentals are strong and the mindset is right, the wins take care of themselves.
Wolfpack Academy Coaches Program
Wolfpack is committed not only to developing great players, but also future leaders, mentors, and role models. Beginning at age 15, Wolfpack athletes are eligible for our Coaches-In-Training Program, an extension of our development pathway that prepares high school and college players to become impactful coaches.
Through the Wolfpack Academy, student-coaches will:

Work directly with Wolf Den staff to build practice plans

Help run training sessions and team practices

Assist younger athletes with fundamental skill development

Learn communication, leadership, and teaching skills

Gain hands-on coaching experience in a structured, mentored environment
