Classes

All classes follow a progression-based curriculum that evolves weekly. Former players often assist in coaching roles, gaining mentorship and leadership experience while giving back to the next generation.

Baseball Classes

(Weekdays)

  • Hitting mechanics, fielding fundamentals, throwing technique

  • Position-specific training (pitching, catching, infield, outfield)

  • Base running, speed work, and athletic development

  • Led by certified coaches and supported by trained junior instructors

Soccer Classes

(Multiple Days Weekly)

  • Dribbling, passing, shooting, and footwork

  • Tactical awareness and small-sided games

  • Speed and agility drills tailored to age and ability

Rookie Roundup

(Ages 1–5)

  • Parent-supervised play focused on movement, coordination, and social interaction

  • Includes soft ball play, obstacle courses, and bonding activities

  • Great for siblings, playdates, and early exposure to sports
