Multi-bay athletic facility to feature professionally staffed training and mentorship programs for athletes, coaches, and families across the region.

Norfolk, MA – [Date] – Wolfpack Athletics announces a major expansion of its programs and services with the opening of its state-of-the-art home base, The Wolf Den, located in Norfolk, Massachusetts. The 11,700 square-foot and configurable, multi-bay facility will feature baseball, softball, and additional training for athletes of all ages along with strength and conditioning programs, education and leadership development for athletes.
Wolfpack’s goal is to push the boundaries of what a local sports facility can offer its constituents by going beyond bay rentals to include athletic programs with a special blend of skill enhancement, educational support, and leadership development. “By rethinking how we use every square foot, we see our facility as so much more than a training space — it’s a hub for growth, connection, and opportunity. said David Fleishman, co-founder of Wolfpack Athletics
At the heart of Wolfpack Athletics is a membership model that combines unlimited training, coaching, mentorship, and academic support into a comprehensive athlete development system—helping players grow on the field, in the classroom, and as leaders in their communities. Study hall and swings, combines academic support and baseball development, giving players dedicated tutoring/study time followed by focused baseball instruction and skill training. “It’s not just about what happens on the field,” said Aaron Fleishman, co-founder of Wolfpack Athletics. “Our programs are designed to build the total package — pushing athletes to grow not only athletically, but academically and personally. Every rep, every conversation, every session is about giving them the one-on-one and group support they need to reach their full potential and be ready for whatever challenges come next.”
The facility and its programs and staff are available to town, high school and colleges for all sports throughout the region, supporting coaches interested in expanded training opportunities for their players.
The Den is also home to The Wolfpack Coaching Academy a groundbreaking initiative, offering high school and college athletes the opportunity to serve as student coaches and the latter represents a host of competitive travel teams, ages ten and up. By collaborating with Wolf Den staff, Academy participants design practice plans for Wolfpack Teams, develop training strategies and work directly with younger players in fundamental skill development. “Being part of the Wolfpack Coaching Academy has provided me with supervised real-world teaching, management, and leadership experience. The Academy also inspires younger players to grow and achieve their potential,” said Brendan Cengic, Westwood High School Junior and former Wolfpack team player.
Wolfpack Teams actively participate in the New England Perfect Game League, providing players with elite competition and development opportunities. Baseball tryouts are ongoing for the 2026-2027 season for players 10-16. Beginning in the fall 2027, Wolfpack also will launch its first softball teams, expanding opportunities for athletes throughout the region.
