What Does Membership Unlock?
Unlimited Baseball Training
Train as often as you want with coach-led sessions offered throughout the week and covering all aspects of the game.
Cage & Gym Access
Use The Den outside of scheduled training sessions to get extra reps, work out and put in additional work on your own time.

Homework Club
Need to get some schoolwork done before practice or training? Members can come to The Den early, grab a spot and get their homework done before getting to work on the field.

Personalized Training
Training built around the individual player. Work one-on-one or in a small group with a Wolfpack coach to identify specific areas of your game that need attention and build focused training around your goals, development needs and progress.

Study Hall & Swings
Combine work in the classroom with work on the field. Study Hall & Swings pairs homework help and subject-specific tutoring with a hitting or fielding training session, giving players dedicated time to work on both their academics and their game.
Player Portfolio Development
Build the story of who you are as a player and student. Athletes can work with Wolfpack to organize and maintain their athletic and academic information, build their baseball résumé, and better showcase their progress and accomplishments through video and online platforms.

Training That Builds
All Access Training is built around progression. Instead of treating each training session as a stand-alone class, players work through focus areas that build on one another, creating a pathway from learning a skill to being able to use it in the game.
As players progress, so does the training. New focus areas are introduced, previous skills are reinforced and the level of difficulty increases — giving players a reason to keep coming back and something new to work toward.
LEARN IT
Development starts with understanding what you're working on and why. Coaches introduce a specific skill, movement or concept, break it down and help players understand how it connects to their game. Whether it's part of a swing, a defensive responsibility or how to approach a situation, players start by learning the purpose behind the work.

APPLY IT
Understanding it is only the beginning. Players need repetitions to turn what they've learned into something they can consistently do. Training sessions use focused drills, coaching and purposeful reps to reinforce the focus area, make adjustments and continue building on the work from previous sessions.
BUILD IT
The game doesn't happen in a drill. Players are challenged to take the skills and concepts they've been developing and use them in more competitive, game-like situations. The goal is to move from simply being able to perform a skill to recognizing when, where and how to use it.

STAY SHARP. KEEP DEVELOPING. COME BACK TO THE DEN WHENEVER YOU'RE READY TO WORK.
